Outlook 2002

We run SBS 4.5 and Outlook is installed on the clients.
I am having a problem with one person. When she is using
her email, she can read but not print or create a new
email. She gets the following errors.

When printing: the operation failed
When going to "new" to create a new email: The messaging
interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists restart Outlook. (Obviously I have restarted)

When I log on as another user, Outlook works fine and I
have no problems adding her mailbox to mine. I can print
and create new emails just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
