how can I set the view to autokmatically fopen in the IN
BOX when I launch Outlook? I cnan't find this
under "Options". Thanks.

If I understood your question right and if your undisclosed version of
Outlook is like mine:

Tools--Options--Other--Advanced Options--Startup in this folder: Inbox
