Outlook 2002

All of a sudden, now when I am trying to access my e-
mail, I cannot. Using the "inbox" view, I click on the
send/receive icon, and I get this message: "The Operation
Failed". That's it; nothing else. Suggestions please!

I just had that problem. I just went to task manager,
clicked the processes tab and ended the "outlook.exe"
process. Then I reopened outlook and it worked.
