Outlook 2002

Outlook does not receive mail unless I click out of Inbox
and then click back into the inbox.

I have a client running Windows XP and Office XP. Her
email is not received automatically. She has to click
another folder (calendar, outlbox, anything) and then
click inbox again. Suddenly all mail appears. F5 does
not retrieve mail.

If client exits outlook (or when it is first started in
the morning), all
messages are retrieved.

Any ideas?
