Outlook 2002

How do I eliminate the constabt request to sign on to the
network in Outlook 2002 - every couple of seconds. I am
switching from Oulook Expess 6 but can't use Outlook
until this is resolved. It is probably a very simple
setting but I can't seem to find it. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.
