Outlook 2003 and partial sending

I have outlook 2003 installed with all refresh/updates. For some strange
reason some of my emails going out are are cut off. Only part of the email
goes out. For example it may send only the first few lines or paragraphs
and not the rest. It doesn't give me an error message it just puts a copy
in the send box like normal. It also doesn't do it to all outgoing emails.
I might send out 3 or 4 emails at once and maybe 1 will have the cut while
the others are all fine.

Anyone else experience this?

The message format was both in HTML and Plain Text.

I mentioned this to two others who are also using Outlook 11 beta with all
refresh are experiencing the same thing. This is very bad as it does not
provide any error message when sending. I am now forced to look at every
email after sending in the Sent folder to see if the whole mesaage went out
or if it got chopped.
