Outlook 2003 Automatic Delivery

Just installed Outlook 2003 on my computer, running IE
6.0. With Express, when I opened my inbox, email was
automatically delivered. Now I don't receive mail unless
I press Send/Receive.

How can I make my Outlook 2003 deliver automatically when
I open my inbox?
