Outlook 2003 autostart

Is it possible to have outlook 2003 to startup automatically when a PC
starts?

Create a shortcut to Outlook in your startup folder. Right click on the
start button, select explore, find the startup folder and insert a shortcut
to Outlook.exe in that folder.

Personally, I find starting Outlook AFTER I boot Windows makes the boot a
lot faster.

Yes. Go Start>Programs>STartup and add it there

doesn't autostart when I do that.
is there anything else I have to do because whenever I bootup my pc
everything else starts but outlook.
I guess it's not meant for autostart like others eg incredimail.
