Outlook 2003 Calendar View

I would like my calendar set up to display the navigation pane on the left,
the main calendar (31Month) in the middle, and two small calendars on the
right. I DO NOT want to see the task pad! How can I enter code to change
the layout of outlook? is this even possible?

You can hide the TaskPad by either toggling it off from the View menu while
in the Calendar or by dragging the top edge of the TaskBar down to the bottom
of the window...but that will show more than two thumbnail calendars on the
right.
