I just upgraded to outlook 2003 and can't find any of my rules from my
previous install of outlook 2000.
when i go to the rules menu, i get the message that i am offline and need to
be connected to an exchange server in order to create rules.
This was not true in outlook 2000, as far as i know. I created all of my
rules in offline mode. Has something changed in 2003?
