Outlook 2003-cant access stationary; why not?

what happened to the stationary, I have been unable to access it for some
time now, with Outlook Express, and also not with our new 2003 version. What
happened to it...this made it fun to email people...please help me.

The stationery is still there - what is your message format and editor?

BTW, I block stationery as email is for business, not for fun. Use a
telephone if you want to be expressive.
