Outlook 2003 Compatibility With Compuserve

I am having trouble getting Outlook 2003 to process
Compuserve 7.0 email. After attempting to install the
IMAP account, I get an error message "The set of folders
cannot be opened . . ." when I click on the folder that
was made by the email account wizard.

What I'm I doing wrong??
