Outlook 2003 contact pictures

I recently moved to a new computer and exported my contacts as a pst file
from the old computer to the new computer (both using office 2003).
When I imported my contacts, all the data is their except for the contact
pictures.

Did I do something wrong or miss a step? How do I get them back? I really
don't want to have to add each picture manually again.

Contact pictures are not stored in the .pst file - instead, Outlook
references the file on the local drive so they are not transportable. You
will need to either embed a picture in the notes section or re-reference the
contact picture, knowing that the second choice means that each time you
move or redo your computer .pst file, you will need to recreate it.
