Outlook 2003 crashes right at load (fresh install, repaired)

My Office 2003 installation went well except for
Outlook 2003, which crashes right at the start. I did run
a repair but it did not change anything. Has anyone ever
seen this?

Try creating a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
Profiles.
