Outlook 2003 "display as" question

Using Outlook 2003. In the "display as" field of my contact I show
"Contact Name (e-mail address)"...Is there any way to remove the (e-mail
address part) by default? I just think it looks nicer to have just a
contact name show up on an e-mail without the actual address showing...

No.
You can change each individually, but that's it.
Rather a lot of work for something that's only cosmetic.
