Outlook 2003 does not close

I must either re-login or kill the running Outlook
Process before I am able to restart Outlook 2003. Anyone
else having this problem?

Look for 3rd party applications that are keeping Outlook resident in memory.
(e.g. ActiveSync, WinFax, ICQ addin, .etc)

I don't have any of these products. I do have the
following running: Norton Small Bus. AV, NetNanny ad
blocker, MSN Messager, UareU Pro. Any known problems
with any of these?
