Outlook 2003 does not open .jpg attachments....

....instead opens the 'temporary internet files' folder. I then have to open
the folder in that one that is named OLK1C and then click on the file to
open it. In prior versions double-clicking on the .jpg attachment would open
it automatically in whatever program I used to view pictures.

Any Ideas?
