Outlook 2003 Gives Preparing to Install Message

I have a problem with Outlook 2003. I installed MS Office
2003 to my computer running Server 2003. If I have my
computer on for more that a couple days, when I click on
Outlook, it says; "Preparing to Install." Then after a
short period of time it gives me this message...
"Error 1402. Setup cannot open the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common."
I re-installed Office as Complete, that didn't work, so I
re-installed it and customized it and had everything run
from my computer instead of on first install, and that
didn't work either. Can anybody help me with this problem?
