Outlook 2003: Hangs when forwarding HTML messages

I have a problem with Outlook 2003 when you ask it to forward a HTML
message.

It seems to hang for around 2-5 minutes.

Has anyone else experienced this or any solutions for it?

I have a similar problem, but with Outlook 2000. One of my users (head
of company actually) will try to forward an html message and it will
hang for a period of time that can be as short as 5 seconds or as long
as a couple of minutes. This user has Word selected as the email
editor. The only solution I've found is to deselect Word as the email
editor. Unfortunately the boss doesn't like this solution, so I'm
still searching.
