My Outlook 2003 is setup to use an exchange server, some public folders, and three pst files.
These are all listed in the Folder List, but when I look in the tools/options/mail setup/data files
area I only see two pst files attached to my outlook. There is no entry for the "Personal Folders"
PST file.
In the folder list if I right click on "Personal Folders" and select properties all is fine until I
press "advanced" - then I get the message "The operation failed - an object could not be found".
Clearly something is amiss... At one time I had the same PST file listed twice in the folders list,
but once in the tools/options/mails setup/data files area and so deleted it from there. That removed
on of the two instances in the Folders List, but the left over entry seems to be only partially
functional.
Can anyone tell me how to clear out the entries so that I can reenter them correctly?
Thanks...
