Outlook 2003 has two email folders, two calendar, two notes, etc.

How do I correct this problem? I have always had two email folders one with
the email account msn.com and the other title personal which is work fine,
but the two calendars, notes, etc. are a problem. Plus when try to sync the
phone with the calendar it can't find the calendar.
