Outlook 2003 I am getting a dozen+ blank emails a day with a time

I am getting over a dozen emails a day that are blank. All it shows is a
time. What is it, how do I get them to stop and is it dangerous to my
computer that my anti-virus is not catching? A friend says they are getting
the same emails. Please help me.

they are not dangerous and they are not infectious. It's either a spam/virus
bot that was poorly programmed or your ISP is deleting the virus payload,
leaving nothing in the message. They are blank... and annoying, but empty.
