Outlook 2003 Installation

I installed Outlook 2003 as a new installation on an XP Professional machine
that had Outlook 2000 on it. When I launch Outlook 2003, it hangs up on
"Migrating settings" and never moves forward, I then uninstalled and
reinstalled and still hangs up... Any suggestions?

Try a new mail profile. Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles->New.
