Outlook 2003 is not finding the exchange server

Before installing German Office 2003 Beta 2 everything
worked fine. After the setup (and the update form the
web) Outlook comes up with the following message: (wich I
have to translate from German to English) "The system
component RPC, from wich Outlook demands the connection
with the E-Mail-Server is not configured correctly. More
information you get from your system administrator."
After the message Outlook comes up normaly but without
connection to the Server (XS2003 on W2003AS).

I tried to create a new profile but this is not working
because of the missing connection to the Exchange Server.

OWA works fine from this client.

Any idea?
