Outlook 2003 locks...

Hi there

I was using Outlook 2002 for my email other stuff. Yesterday, i've installed Outlook 2003 and now i have a problem. When i click on a mail, outlook locks and waits for 15-20 seconds. During this time, i cannot use outlook. Then everything goes back to normal. Is it some problem specific to Outlook 2003? Anyone have the same problem?
