Outlook 2003 login issue

Had to restore my computer to its original state - reinstalled Windows XP and
all my programs and everything is finally working great. I configured Outlook
2003 to accept mail from my ISP. However, I keep getting a popup window in
Outlook requesting a login ID while sending/receiving. How do I stop the
request for login? I never had to log into Outlook before. Thanks for your
help!!!
