Outlook 2003 NDR error message missing details

Hello,

I have found an issue with outlook 2003 stripping information out of NDR
messages. We are currently moving from a SUN to an exchange server.
Entrourage on the same exchange server gets more detailed information than
the outlook 2003 client. At the same time OWA has some more information in
it but not as much as Entourage. This obviously makes troubleshooting a
little more difficult as you can't see who originally sent the email. Is
this a setting someplace that can be turned off? Pls see below
