Outlook 2003 need for clearing cache

I have a question. Currently I have find that I am having the need to do a
lot cache clearing in outlook because my right click stops working. Is
there something else I should be looking into? My Exchange 2003 mail box
size is 150mb, however I am a delegate of two user mail boxes which are over
a gig a piece.
