Outlook 2003 Not Remembering Folder Collapse State

Since I upgraded to Outlook 2003 I've noticed that all my IMAP mailboxes are
collapsed when I start Outlook. Even if I open them all up and exit Outlook
their state is not remembered. Is there a way to fix this?
