Outlook 2003 on two different computers?

Is there a way to have the same emails and contacts come onto a laptop and a
PC? So that I can see and answer or send the same emails out?

Is it under export and just use a flash card or something to import and
export back and forth? or since both computers have the exact same email
addresses, can it be done a simpler way?

Like maybe tell my server to keep a copy on the server when I do a send and
receive?
