Outlook 2003 - Outlook 2000 - Exchange 2000

We are running Exchange 2000.

We have installed a few clients with Office 2003.

If a mailbox is opened in Outlook 2003, and later opened
on an another computer which runs Outlook 2000, Outlook
2000 will not stop. It just hangs upon completion.

Does Outlook 2003 make any changes to the mailbox that
Outlook 2000 can not handle ?

And what could be done about it ?

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
