Outlook 2003 Personal Floders

I went to use my Outlook tonight and I find I am missing almost all of my
personal folder.

I am sure I did something but do not remember what I did, BUT how do I get
the folders back? I know they are there because if I do a search the folder
will come up.

You are doing a search where?
If you closed a personal folder file (pst-file), then you can reattach it to
Outlook via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
