Outlook 2003 - Prevent Multi-Instances

Just found out I can launch Outlook 2003 more than once.

Is there a way to set a "Allow only one instance" option for Outlook?

It's likely you're not really running more than one instance. Outlook can
open any number of times with a single instance. You can check this by
opening Task Manager and seeing of there is more than one OUTLOOK.EXE
process.

You are correct, Process Explorer shows only one OUTLOOK.EXE running when I
have 2 Outlook windows open.

So, to rephrase my question, is there a way to restrict Outlook to only one
window at a time (like Explorer for example).

The /recycle command switch on the shortcut used to start Outlook may help,
but as far as I know, you can't prevent someone from explicitly opening a
second Outlook window, for example with right-click>Open in New Window on a
folder.
