I have a client that her Outlook email prints only in Red color in HTML
format, it display black color fonts. but print the memo and address and
subject line in red.Since I can't preview it, I can't tell the color it
displays in print preview. All other applications print to color printer as
normal. It can print text email in black as well. only HTML print is red
color.
I have looked all the fonts setting and everything, they look fine. Is there
a setting somewhere that I missed to look? or is it problem within Outlook.
I've removed and reinstalled the print driver, A Xerox DC3535, unfortuently,
I don't have another color print to test, Help would be much apperciated.
