Outlook 2003 printing message: "Not enough room on your hard disk.

I'm just starting to use Office Pro 2003, on a new computer with a 200GB hard
drive. When I try to print an email on my Brother HL-1440 laser printer, I
get an error message that says there isn't enough room on my hard disk to
print, and that I need to delete files to make room.

I was using Outlook 2000 on an older computer with only a 20GB hard drive,
same printer, and never received this message.

That can't possibly be correct. Is there a tiny default swap file in
Outlook that needs to be enlarged? Any other ideas? Thanks.
