Outlook 2003 Problems

Hi
I've been having issues with sending email out with outlook. First I had a
problem with the ISP and I got that fixed and viola I was able to send out
emails or so I thought. Now I think my email is going out but it's sitting in
my outbox. At first everything was fine but now it's acting up again. It's
very undependable. Help!!

Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook?
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus

Which mail account type are you using?
Is Outlook set to work in on-line mode?
