Outlook 2003 promlems with Exchange 5.5

We are having problems with using Outlook 2003 on Exchange 5.5. This only
happens with some installations.

Three users are missing one to three months of email when using Outlook
2003. When I connect to the email account using Outlook 2000 the email is
still there.

I think the problem may have be caused because we are building new
workstations for users and, sometimes, the email account it being connected
to two different workstations using Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003.
