Outlook 2003 Reminders Cached Mode / Online

Outlook 2003 SP1 and current updates applied. Backend Exchange 2003 SP1.

I have a user with a reminder issue. Have tried /cleanreminders and this
has not worked.

User is running Outlook with cached mode enabled, meeting reminders appear.

If the user disables cached mode and is working online, meeting reminders do
not appear.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.
