Outlook 2003 rules mail function

hallo,

I´m testing the rules in outlook 2003 and it seems not
working properly.
I have an swedish winxp environment sw outlook 2003
installed and 4 email account pop-3.
I want to sort incoming mail from account 1 to submap 1 in
inbox and sort account 2 in to submap 2 and so on...

The issue is that I have lots of mail in inbox which is
from acount 1 to 4.

When I make a rule for moving account-1 mail from inbox to
subfolder-1 it moves everything in inbox to this subfolder.
The rules indicates no problem It say when mail from
account 1 move to subfolder 1. But when processing it
manual it moves everything from inbox. I have of course
checked that every mail in inbox holds correct information
about from which account the mail had come.

Miscellaneous is that with 4 account installed the rules
popupmenu seems to show wrong account when prompted for
from which account after I processed with ok button.
The workaround seems to be to change internal order for
mail accounts before processing rules.
But it doesnt help anyway when running rules manually on
inbox. The rules looks to be done properly on screen but
not in real life.

After 2 hour of testing with new rules the only way seems
to sort everything manual by sorting inbox after "from
account" order. And then move it by hand.

The function worked well in outlook 2002 and my question
is if anybody else know about this bug and when it is
supposed to be fixed???

Sincerely
LL
