Outlook 2003 Security with Macros

Outlook 2003 SP1

When running a macro in Access that automatically converts a query into an
Excel file and sends the file as attachments through email, the Outlook
client prompts prior to sending each file. Is there a way to turn this
prompt off at the client? Maybe a registery hack or something similar?
Thanks!
