Outlook 2003 send and reveive

Using Outlook 2003, the Automatic send and receive quit working. I have a
scheduled send and receive for 1 exchange server and 2 differend pop3
accounts every 5 minutes. It worked fine for awhile, but now I have hit
send/receive to get my mail.

Increase the interval for checking mail to 10 minutes. When checking
multiple accounts, you can cause Outlook to hurl if the interval is too
short.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Jack asked:
