Outlook 2003 sent not received

On my XP Home laptop I have Outlook 2003 installed as
part of the Office Professional Edition 2003. I recently
discovered that some emails sent from outlook are not
getting delivered. I get no error message when they're
sent, they show in the Sent Items folder, and there is no
bounceback from the recipient's ISP. They just never
arrive at the user's inbox. Messages to others go through
fine. If I send the same text to the same user via the
same email account, but in Outlook Express, the message
gets through.

I'm on a peer-to-peer LAN at home, have broadband service
through Mediacom. I'm running NAV 2004 with outgoing
email screening OFF, and ZoneAlarm free version. I had no
problems sending emails with these programs in operation
before so I don't think it's them. This just began
happening after Outlook 2003 was installed. Nothing else
about my setup has changed.

It appears that the recipients' ISPs are somehow blocking
the messages sent from Outlook 2003 but not the identical
message sent from Outlook Express. The problem has been
with a friend on AOL and a customer in a major
corporation (unknown email system).

Is there something in message headers generated from
Outlook 2003 that causes these ISPs to reject or delete
messages without notifying either me or the recipient? Is
there a fix?

It took a while to figure out that this was happening,
that they weren't blowing me off. Others must be having
the same problem so a fix for one could be a fix for many.

Thanks!
