Outlook 2003 - Setup

I just installed MS Office(2003). When I open outlook is
says that it is "Creating the Folders" and then locks
up. Then message box says that it cannot locate the
Microsoft server. Hence, I am unable to open Outlook or
even work offline. What is going on?
