Outlook 2003 skin

i am experiencing a small but frustrating problem with Outlook 2003 where the
windows formats stays in classic style, even when all my other settings and
windows are in 'xp' format. This occurs on the outlook main page, and all
other windows opened up through outlook, i.e. emails, address book etc. I
cant fix this by resetting everything to classic style and then re-setting
into xp, it appears as though there is a setting for outlook 2003 somewhere
that i cannot find. I would like to have all my windows in xp format. Has
anyone else had a similar problem and can help me resolve it please?
