Outlook 2003 stops responding

We have about 12 users who are complaining that Outlook
quits working. If you hit Send and Receive you don't get
an error but it does not work. It's like Outlook is hung
up. The network connection is fine because they can other
other info on the same server. The only solution is to
reboot the machine and everything works fine for a while.
Sometimes it hangs up after a few hours, other times it is
after a day or so. The OS is Windows 2000 SP4, the server
is Windows 2000 server running Internet Anywhere
MailServer. It does not seem to be mail server related
because we have about 40 other users with no issue.
