outlook 2003 user doesn't have junk folder

we have a user using outlook 2003 in an exchange 2003 environment. She
was using spambayes, but it wasn't doing what she needed, so we
uninstalled spambayes. She wants to use outlook's junk folders.
However, there is not a Junk E-mail folder in her mailbox. How do we
designate a folder to be the Junk E-mail folder? many thanks.
