MS Outlook 2003

How does one globaly change the reading pane options snd
the column options? I really dont want to have to change
the options for each folder one at a time????

I dont want a reading pane.

The columns fields I want are

Received,
From,
Subject,
Size,
Importance,
Attachment.

In that order.

Also I want to disable the grouping of messages by week.

Thanks,
Ross

I can go to View, and Arrange By. But there is no "define
views" option listed.

"Define Views" is listed under "current view". But that
doesnt seem to give me do what I am wanting to do.

view, arrange by... define views and customize the view by name, not by
<current view>

why doesn't define views seem to work for you? Select the view by name and
choose modify.

if you have a lot of one-offed views, you'll need to start outlook with the
cleanviews switch then make your view changes. Start menu, run, type:
outlook.exe /cleanviews
