Outlook 2003

I have recently purchased Office 2003. I am currently
using ACT! 2000. I intend to switch to Outlook.

I have imported my ACT! 2000 database into outlook and my
Notes entries in ACT! sections disappeared in Outlook.
How can I make a complete transfer? I need all the notes
sections too.

How do I rename a group of contacts in Outlook? I would
like to distinguish between groups.
Like group 1, group 2 and so on.

I would also like to copy or back, up groups selectively.
Like group1, backing it up to floppy 1 and group 2
backing it up to floppy 2.

How do I find the file, which holds the outlook database?
