On the navigation pane there is mail, calendar, contacts etc., is it possible to create your own?

I had Outlook 2002 and with that I split my mail up into two groups; one for all incoming mail folders and another for all ourgoing folders.

I Can't seem to do the same with the outlook 2003. Can anybody suggest anything please?
