Outlook 2003 was installed on one of our systems over a
week and a half ago. We restored all the data back into
outlook. Everything was find until this morning when
clicking on the Outlook icon, Outlook indicated that it
need to reinstall itself, and did, and reset all the
settings to a default. Consequently, there is no mail,
contacts, notes, tasks etc. left in Outlook, it is
completely empty. Does anyone know why this might have
happened? Has anyone else had a similar problem? Is
this another undocumented Microsoft function? Is this
going to happen on a regular basis?
